Another futuristic car model is here! Wow. This Loremo car really amazes me. Its bodywork is unconventional yet, very pleasing to our sight. Look at that awesome fascia and hey, check out the hood at its grandeur strut. Haha. Wait! It is not actually a hood? You will get into this Loremo by a lateral threshold, so instead of two lateral doors, there is one “gate”. Thus, that is not a hood! it is actually the frontal door that opens forward before the seats, taking the steering wheel with it! Have you seen the roof and the doors? They are laid out as a two-layer plastic construction with some laminated interior sides. Worried about your baggage? The rear seats provide wide space for them. Instead of a longitudinal adjustment of the seat, the pedals and the steering wheel will be adjusted to you (if you are the driver). The rear seats are installed against the line of travel and the dashboard is replaced by a simple device mushroom-shaped with a display.

Loremo AG introduces this new Loremo Concept Car that will let you enjoy a drive while keeping your pocket at ease. This is because of the fuel economy that is brought by the reduction of weight and air resistance.

Simple yet elegant, it is. This new concept car is a product of dedication from automotive engineers of AG who aimed to provide a driving machine that exhibits comfort, design, and efficiency.

The combined aspects of aesthetics, simplicity, and aerodynamics are vividly seen on the car’s features. The low air resistance is designed from the excellent Cw value of 0.2 and from a frontal area which has been reduced to the minimum.

If you want to be a Loremo’s driver, you will just need 300 liters of fuel at an annual road performance of 20,000 km, compared to a conventional small car that can consume 1,600 liters of fuel while assuming the same performance.

Loremo concept car is offered in two models, the Loremo LS and Loremo GT. The LS model is powered by a 20 hp, 2-cylinder turbodiesel. On the other hand, the GT is designed with a 50 hp, 3-cylinder unit. Both models have 2 2, mid-engine/RWD configurations with a 5-speed gearbox. In contrast, the GT has an advantage on speed (from 0-62 mph in 9 seconds), while the Loremo leads over it because of fuel efficiency (1.5 liters/100 km compared to the GT that consumes only 2.7 liters per 100 km.)
